We offer a wide range of flexible class-room, online, and hybrid training modes. We recognise that it may not be suitable for all students to attend the classrooms, so we provide a hybrid learning experience where students can join the training sessions from the comfort of their homes.
Students simply login to virtual classrooms and connect to the labs and become part of the class room experience led by expert trainers.

Absolutely, to get a glimpse of the quality of our teaching and to assess the overall learning experience, you are welcome to request to attend either a demo class or a real training session. By doing so you can be absolutely certain that you are in fact enrolling with the right training provider.

Everyone is free to join our free trial class. We ask that you register with your Account Manager and he/she will provide you with access to the classroom.

Please note that in most cases, we have comprehensive class Demos which give you partial access to the courses and will give you an excellent idea of how the training is delivered.

It is important to register for each Instructor Led Training (ILT) session you wish to attend so you can be updated of any changes and receive notifications regarding course material downloads and remote lab access. (if participating remotely)

Courses are typically structured to begin with the introduction of the technology or prerequisites for that particular sector. Our trainers put extra emphasis on practical aspects of the implementation of a given technology. Each lesson has the perfect combination of theory and practical to maximise student’s chances of grasping the technology. All of our delegates have access to their own lab during the class sessions. They also have access to the labs for the duration of the course which can be extended up-to thirty days’ after the course finishes. We always encourage our students to practice after class hours, in their own time. Any students who enrol on the certification courses are given our challenging practical exams before they move on to attempt the actual certification exam.

You will have access to the courses for a full 12 months, unless stated otherwise. You can also use the courses as a source of reference after completing your studies.

Here at Tor Networks we have a No Sharing policy and ensure that there is enough gear with ample resources for each student to embrace the technologies they are learning thoroughly. Students can log into their devices outside of the classroom to continue their learning experience.

Class recordings are made available to students 24 hours after the day of attendance. These can be replayed on most devices (PC, Tablet, Phones)

Unless stated otherwise, exams are not included. This brings the initial cost of your studies down and enables you to pay for your exams only when you are ready to undertake them.

Practice exams are included with virtually all our certification courses to help you prepare for your exams with confidence.

Generally speaking you are ready to book your exams when you are consistently achieving over 85% on the exam simulators.

IT Exams: Most IT exams are written at either Prometric or Pearson Vue test centres in the UK or globally. You can search for exam pricing as well as the closest exam centres to you. Book your exams online or give them a call if you need help.

Project Management Exams:

It is best to ask our Course Advisors, as prices vary from course to course. Some of our more popular courses such as the PRINCE2 Foundation, PRINCE2 Practitioner and Agile Foundation exams can be written from the comfort of your own home using a working webcam as proctor device. Exams can, of course, also be written at exam centres should that be your preference. Exams outside of the UK can be written at British Council offices for some of the Project Management courses.

Students can repeat the course they purchased as many times as they like. There are some conditions attached to this offer, please ask your account manager for more details, however the following generally applies:

• The course is not transferable.
• You must repeat the course within six months of initially attending the course.
• First come first served: there will be a limited number of repeat places available on each course.
• Management will have the final decision regarding this policy.
• If there are no labs available, students will be able to attend lectures online.

Unlike other training companies that ask you to pay up-front for your studies or take out finance, we appreciate that individual circumstances may differ. Therefore, we offer flexible and tailored payment plans depending on the course you wish to study.
